Mark P. Petroff - President, CEO, Director - co-founder of two worldwide industry leaders. Previously, Petroff co-founded ADS Environmental Services (now a subsidiary of publically trading IDEX Corporation "IEX") serving as COO and later CEO of its 14-country international division. Following a four year overseas assignment in Europe and Australia, Petroff returned to the US in 1994 where he later served as COO and CFO of Time Domain Corporation, the pioneer in wireless ultra-wideband (UWB) technology. Petroff serves on a number of for profit and non profit boards. Mr. Petroff attended Cornell University, and is a graduate of Stanford University.

Peter Beucher Chairman of the Board – Mr. Beucher has 30 years of senior corporate experience in high technology, aerospace and industrial markets. Previously, Peter was the President of PPG Mexico and General Manager of PPG Aerospace Products focusing on specialty industrial resins, chemical coatings and pretreatment cleaners. After 21 years of service, Mr. Beucher left PPG taking positions Sr. VP of Time Domain (ultra-wideband electronics), President and CEO of Westwind Technologies(aerospace) and JIT Services Inc. (Logistics). Peter currently serves on a number of private corporate boards, and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Huntsville, Alabama’s high tech incubator, BizTech. Mr. Beucher is a graduate of Colgate University.

Justin Anthony - Director, Chief Technology Officer, and co-founder - Mr. Anthony serves as Chief Technology Officer of the company and is a graduate engineer of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with his primary focus in biochemical engineering. Justin has worked in numerous organic chemical labs across the southeast. He has extensive experience in processing WVO biodiesel and continues to work with other industry experts from the U.S., Great Britain, and Canada in an ongoing effort to improve EnerSight’s fuel manufacturing standards.


Drew Gentry - Director, Chief Operating and Marketing Officer, and co-founder – Drew has marketing experience in a number of industry spaces including Mac/MS related hardware, foam and plastics, wireless devices, and bulk commodities. As a director at EnerSight, Drew has established key relationships with brokers, fuel distributors, and feedstock supply sources since the company’s inception in 2006. Mr. Gentry attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville where he graduated with a degree in Management and Finance.


David Karabinos - Director - Mr. Karabinos is the Managing Partner and CEO of Harvest Business Advisors, LLC, a management and consulting firm. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Karabinos co-founded EquaTerra, the leading global Business Process Outsourcing advisory firm, where he held the COO and CFO positions until his retirement in 2006. He also founded and was the CEO of eHealthClaim, a healthcare BPO provider delivering customer service software, ASP and BPO services to the mid-market health insurance industry. Karabinos has more than 15 years with leading consulting and outsourcing service providers including Alltel Information Services, Cap Gemini, and Ernst & Young. His clients and industry experience range from Financial Services, Healthcare, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Publishing, Energy and Retail. David is a private investor and sits on the board of numerous startups, early stage companies and non-profit organizations.

Noel Estopinal, MD, F.A.C.R.O.Director – Dr. Estopinal is an accomplished technology and biotechnology businessman and board certified radiation oncologist. He has served on a number of private and public boards and advisory boards including: Torch Concepts, Time Domain, Applied Genomics, the Madison County (AL) American Cancer Society, Madison County Library Foundation, and the Center for Cancer Care. Currently, he is in private practice and a partner in The Center for Cancer Care. Dr. Estopinal earned his BS in molecular biology and psychology from Vanderbilt University and his degree in medicine from LSU. He completed his residency at the University of Texas specializing in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Estopinal is a Fellow of the American College of Radiation Oncology. Previously, he was a clinical instructor at the University of Alabama in Birmingham (UAB).
